Yes we do. We operate a fully circular supply system and reuse 5L and 20 L containers. We collect empties when we deliver your order and these are taken back to HQ to be cleaned and reused. 

We have recently added these to our current order form and are working on a supply of Ezi pumps too. If you still have an old order form, you can request an updated version or just email for details.

We are based in the heart of rural Suffolk and all of our products are made on site by hand. 

Our products are free from parabens, chlorine bleaches, optical brighteners, phosphates and SLS.

Yes they are. Being based in a rural location it was imperative that all of our products are safe for use with septic tanks. They do not contain bleaches or phosphates which will kill good bacteria within the septic system. 

We will not stock another outlet within a 4 mile radius of each other.  Our aim is to ensure all customers can access a refill station easily but without affecting the business of another trader. We feel 4 miles is a sufficient distance to allow both businesses to thrive.
